KATHMANDU: Prime Minsiter KP Sharma Oli has expressed his deepest condolences to the victims of the terrorist attacks in Pahalgam in India-administered Kashmir on Tuesday.
“Deepest condolences to the victims of the terrorist attack in Pahalgam. Nepal stands firmly with India and strongly condemn any and all acts of terrorism,” Oli said in a social media post on Wednesday morning. “Close coordination is established to verify reports of a Nepali national among the victims and will provide all necessary assistance.”
At least 26 tourists, including two foreign nationals, were after unidentified gunmen opened fire on innocent civilians in Pahalgram’s Baisaran in Jammu and Kashmi, according to the Hindustan Times.
