KATHMANDU: The government has given a pay raise to officials of constitutional bodies.
Issuing a notice in the Gazette on Thursday, the finance ministry said the pay of officials of constitutional bodies has been adjusted as per Remuneration, Conditions of Service and Facilities of the Justices of the Supreme Court Act, 2017, and Remuneration, Conditions of Service and Facilities of the Justices of the High Court and District Courts, 2017, and Remuneration, Conditions of Service and Facilities of Attorney General Act, 2017.
The increased pay will be applicable from the first month of the current fiscal year 2022/23 i.e. mid-July last year.
