Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal
KATHMANDU: Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal is leaving for Muscat, Oman, on Monday.
Issuing a statement on Sunday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Secretary Lamsal will lead a Nepali delegation to the First Bilateral Consultation Mechanism meeting between Nepal and Oman in Muscat on August 7.
This is the first such meeting between the two countries since they established diplomatic relations on January 21, 1977.
Lamsal will return home on August 9.
