BEIJING: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said Nepal is keen on attracting Chinese investment.
Speaking at an event organized by the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the Embassy of Nepal in Beijing, Oli said Nepal has entered an era of political stability and prosperity, fostering a conducive environment for investment.
“We are committed to facilitating investments and ensuring their security to realize our national aspiration of a prosperous Nepal and happy Nepali,” Prime Minister Oli said. He urged Chinese investors to visit Nepal and explore opportunities across various sectors.
Prime Minister Oli arrived in Beijing on December 2 at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Qiang for a four-day visit. He is scheduled to return home on Thursday.
