KATHMANDU: The ruling Nepali Congress and CPN-UML have expanded their bilateral mechanism to the provinces as per the agreement reached at the central level.

Leaders of the two parties in Bagmati Province met on Sunday and took a six-point decision. Among other agreements, the two parties decided to rotate the leadership of the mechanism every month, with the Nepali Congress assuming leadership for the first month.
