NC demonstrates in Kathmandu [In Pictures]

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) organized a demonstration in Kathmandu demanding a parliamentary probe into the alleged involvement of Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.

This is the first time that the NC, which has been obstructing Hosue sessions demanding the formation of a parliamentary inquiry committee, took to the streets with the demand.

Rallies were taken out from Bhandarkali, Sundhara, Shanti Batika and Putali Sadak which culminated into a mass gathering at Bhrikuti Mandap grounds.

NC General Secretary Biswho Prakas Sharma, among other leaders, addressed the gathering.
