KATHMANDU: Mr Beast has become the most-subscribed channel on YouTube.
The channel run by Jimmy Davidson has garnered 269 million subscribers. It took the crown from Indian music behemoth T-series when it clocked 266,707,995 subscribers up from 266,706,387 of T-series on Sunday.
What is interesting is, Mr Beast has uploaded only 798 videos, compared to over 21,000 videos uploaded by T-series.
“After 6 years we have finally avenged Pewdiepie,” Davidson wrote on his page on X.
T-series became the most-subscribed YouTube channel six years ago overtaking Swedish content creator Pewdepie.
After overtaking, T-series, Mr Beast has already added 3 million subscribers.
