POKHARA: Two people died in a motorcycle accident in Tanahu district on Tuesday morning.
According to the District Police Office, Tanahun, the motorcycle with registration number Ga.Pra.003-001 Pa 0310, traveling from Damauli to Dumre, lost control and crashed into a culvert at Lower Chirkan on the Prithvi Highway in Byas Municipality-12 at around 8:15 am.
The deceased have been identified as Sandip Ale (19) and Madhumaya Ale (40) originally from Chalise in Rishing Rural Municipality-6 and currently residing in Patan in Byas-5, Patan.
Both died on the spot, according to police.
