Minister Kirati bereaved of his father

KATHMANDU: Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Sudan Kirati, has been bereaved of his father.

Kirati’s father Harka Bahadur Rai passed away while undergoing treatment at Bir Hospital at around 4 am on Wednesday, as reported by family sources. He was 76 years old.

Rai had been battling paralysis for a long time.

Kirati also penned a social media post confirming the passing of his father.
