KATHMANDU: Former Home Minister and Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) appeared before the Kathmandu District Court on Sunday.
Detention hearing for Lamichhane, who was released on bail by the Kaski District Court in connection with Suryadarshan Cooperative fraud case, will begin at Kathmandu District Court where a separate case involving misappropriation of savings from another cooperative.
Lamichhane was handed over to his family by the Kaski District Court after he made a written commitment to appear in person at the Kathmandu District Court.
