KATHMANDU: Suspended President of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rabi Lamichhane, appeared before the Rupandehi District Court on Wednesday morning.
Lamichhane arrived in Bhairahawa on Tuesday evening after a charge sheet was filed against him in the Supreme Cooperative fraud case.
The bench of District Judge Pralhad Kumar Yogi is hearing the case.
Government attorneys have sought over Rs 40 million in damages from Lamichhane.
