Kiran Kumar Pokharel appointed Prez’s communication adviser

KATHMANDU: Kiran Kumar Pokharel has been appointed as the Communication Adviser to President Ram Chandra Poudel. According to a source at the Office of the President, Pokharel will receive the benefits of a minister of state.

Pokharel is a distinguished journalist with a wealth of experience, having previously worked for newspapers like Himalaya Times and Annapurna Post. He has also served as a commissioner of the National Information Commission.

Pokharel holds a Master’s degree in Economics.
