Hyundai Venue gets a facelift

KATHMANDU: The All-New Hyundai Venue has hit the Nepali roads.

Laxmi Intercontinental, the authorized distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Nepal, launched the compact SUV in the Nepali market with a tagline – New Style, New Statement.

“After capturing the imagination of customers across Nepal with the earlier models of Venue, we believe that the new and & advanced All-New Hyundai Venue will set a new benchmark in the competitive compact SUV market,” Laxmi Hyundai said in a statement. “The new Venue has set new standards worldwide with its aesthetic design, features, performance, and safety.”

According to the company, the new Venue’s sleek, new-age style and ground-breaking features make sure that the compact SUV will surely turn heads wherever it goes. “Revolutionary and a distinctive touch is added to the overall appearance of the all-new Hyundai Venue with its first-in-segment Connecting LED Tail Lamps, which span across the rear of the vehicle,” the company said, adding: “The all-new Venue features a redesigned Parametric Front Dark Chrome Grille, New Bumper, and a Skid Plate Design giving it a sporty look that gives it a distinct edge over its competitors with its strong street presence.”

The facelifted Venue has features like Diamond Cut Alloy Wheels, LED Projector Lamps, Puddle Lamps, and the Shark Fin Antenna Roof Rail. According to the company, the car’s exterior exudes luxury, refinement, and a futuristic aesthetic, making it perfectly suited for the city as well as an adventurous drive.

Furthermore, the all-new Venue is packed with high-tech safety features and comes equipped with dual airbags, a rear parking assist camera, automatic headlamps & headlamp escort function, cornering lamps, tyre pressure monitoring system, electronic stability control, vehicle stability management, and hill assist control.

The car is powered by a 1.2 liter petrol engine and 1.0 liter turbo engine that comes in 5-speed manual and 7-speed DCT. With a ground clearance of 195 mm, the compact SUV offers the ideal fusion of performance and efficiency for that exhilarating driving experience, the company added in the statement.

The all-new Venue comes in three variants: E, S, and SX with the starting price set at Rs 3.996 million.
