Hyderabadi Food Festival underway at Marriott Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: Hyderabadi Food Festival is underway at the Marriott Kathmandu Hotel.

According to the five-star property, the culinary collaboration with Chef Kamran Khan, the acclaimed Indian Chef De Cuisine from Marriott Hyderabad started on September 15 and will continue till September 24.

“Chef Kamran Khan, renowned for his culinary mastery at Marriott Hyderabad’s premier Indian specialty restaurant, Bidri, which embraces the regal flavors of the Riyasati Kitchens, is captivating Kathmandu,” the hotel said. “Diners can look forward to an array of iconic dishes, including the famed Hyderabadi Biryani, Bidri Haas Haleem, Sub Nizami Handi, Bangara Baigan, and luscious desserts like Khubani Ka Meetha, Shahi Tukda, Sheer Khurma and Gile-e-Firdous (rice kheer), to name a few.”

The ambiance at Marriott Kathmandu has been transformed to evoke the majestic charm of Hyderabad, complete with authentic décor and mellifluous Hindi musical renditions to accompany the feast, the hotel said.

The gastronomic experience, which is enhanced further by a handpicked premium beverage package, is available for Rs 4,200 (all-inclusive) for a 90-minute indulgence, according to the hotel.
