KATHMANDU: The Election Commission (EC) has said that election materials for the House of Representatives elections scheduled for March 5 have been delivered to all 165 constituencies across the country.
According to Kul Bahadur GC, assistant spokesperson for the EC, a total of 41.153 million ballot papers have been distributed to all 165 constituencies in 77 districts. The ballots cover both the First-Past-the-Post (FPTP) and Proportional Representation (PR) electoral systems.
As per the election program published by the EC, the voter education campaign has been underway across all 753 local units since February 15. The campaign will continue till February 28.
