Eight recommended for appointment as district judge

KATHMANDU: The Judicial Service Commission has recommended judges for eight districts.

Publishing a notice on Sunday, the commission said four candidates were recommended from open competition and four from internal/open competition after written examination and interview.

According to the notice, Kamal Kanta Joshi, Basanta Raj Joshi, Nitij Rai and Chandra Mani Chapagain have been recommended from the open competition and Narayan Sapkota, Maniram Gyawali, Anjan Raj Sapkota and Tilak Karki from internal/open competition.
