Sher Bahadur Deuba
KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed dissatisfaction with certain aspects of the budget introduced by the government.
Speaking at an event organized by the Central Supply and Consumer Department of the Nepali Congress (NC) on Tuesday, Deuba said he and his party are not satisfied with several aspects of the new federal budget. “Gold smuggling is rampant in the country. Liberalizing gold imports could control such activities,” he added.
He added that constitutional commissions should be made more effective to curb corruption.
Deuba also added that the government should support industrialists in establishing industries and conducting business.
