POKHARA: Departmental teams have dominated the medals table of the 9th National Games which is underway in Pokhara.
Nepal Army Club is in the first position winning 160 medals – 74 gold, 51 silver and 35 bronze. Similarly, another departmental side, Nepal Police Club, is in the second position winning 30 gold, 24 silver and 37 bronze medals. Nepal APF Club is in the third position winning 27 gold, 31 silver and 44 bronze medals.
Next on the list is Bagmati Province with 64 medals. Athletes of Bagmati Province have won 15 gold, 23 silver and 26 bronze medals.
Gandaki Province is in the fifth position with 12 gold, 29 silver and 53 bronze medals.
