KATHMANDU: A fire that broke out in the Pulchowk outlet of popular restaurant chain Daura Thakali on Tuesday has been brought under control.
According to the District Police Range, Lalitpur, fire engines and personnel from different security agencies were pressed into service to douse the fire that broke out at around 3:45 pm.
The restaurant is located on the eighth story of a commercial building on the busy Pulchowk street.
No human casualty has been reported yet, police say.
