KATHMANDU: Curfew orders in Gaur, the district headquarters of Rautahat, will remain in place from 8:30 am until further notice.
According to a notice issued by Chief District Officer Dinesh Sagar Bhusal, the curfew, which was relaxed for Sunday morning, will come into force from 8:30 am.
The local administration issued curfew orders from 1 pm on Saturday to contain clashes between two communities.
The curfew order extends till Mudbalwa Gate in the east, Lalbakaiya Dam in the west, the Bus Park area in the north, and the Gaur Customs Office in the south.
The administration has warned people that legal action will be taken against anyone found violating the curfew order.
