Class 12 exam results by next week: NEB

KATHMANDU: The National Examination Board (NEB) is preparing to publish the results of the Class 12 examinations by next week.

Dr. Mahasram Sharma, Chairman of NEB, said necessary arrangements were being made to ensure that the results are published within the coming week.

Tribhuvan University (TU), the largest university in the country, has initiated the application process for its Bachelor’s programs even before the Class 12 results are published. According to the application notice, students can submit their applications for TU programs until mid-September.

NEB has clarified that the TU is carrying out in application process in coordination with it. “Both NEB and TU are fully aware of the imminent publication of the results. Students can apply for the Bachelor’s programs once the results have been officially announced,” he added.

A total of 476,389 students appeared in the Class 12 examinations held in April-May.
