KATHMANDU: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced the formation of the Nepal ‘A’ team.
The ‘A’ teams play at the second level of international cricket.
CAN has selected 36 probable players for the Nepal ‘A’ team. According to CAN, the players were selected based on their performances in the recently held Prime Minister Cup Men’s National Cricket Tournament.
Out of these 36 players, CAN has selected a 16-member Nepal ‘A’ squad for a friendly series with Canada.
Gyanendra Malla and Kalam Ali have been named as the Coaches of the Nepal ‘A’ squad.

Binod Bhandari (Captain), Rit Gautam, Ashuthosh Ghiraiiya, Arjun Kumal, Bashir Ahmed, Bibek Yadav, Hemant Dhami, Kiran Thagunna, Mayan Yadav, Pratish GC, Rasid Khan, Rijan Dhakal, Sagar Dhakal, Shahab Alam, Sandeep Jora, Sher Malla, and Sujan Thapaaliya.
