KATHMANDU: The bodies of all three individuals, who went missing in the Thuli Bheri River after a tipper truck accident at Pipalchaur in Aathbiskot Municipality-14 in Rukum West last week, have been recovered.

According to the District Police Office, Rukum West, the deceased have been identified as Dhanbir BK (33) of Sani Bheri Rural Municipality-3, Rukum West; Maniram Chaudhary (41) of Dang; and Hari BK (20) of Sayalpakha in Sisne Rural Municipality-8 of Rukum East.

The bodies of the three victims were found on different days in Surkhet. The body of Dhanbir, who worked as an excavator operator for Yeti Builders, was found on the banks of the Bheri River in Birendranagar Municipality-2, Surkhet, on Sunday evening. Similarly, the bodies of the tipper driver, Maniram, and the helper of the excavator, Hari, had been found earlier on the banks of the Bheri River in Khochi, Bheriganga Municipality-2, Surkhet.

The tipper truck plunged into the Bheri River from the Bheri Corridor road section at Pipalchaur on Tuesday evening.
