KATHMANDU: An Armed Police Force (APF) personnel died after being hit by a passenger bus in Sarlahi last night.
The deceased has been identified as Inspector Bijaya Kumar Tualdhar (42) deployed at the border outpost in Chhatauna of Balara Municiaplity-9.
The incident occurred at around 9: pm, according to the APF. Tuladhar succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment at the provincial hospital in Malangawa.
Police have taken the driver and helper of the bus for investigation, according to the District Police Office, Sarlahi.
