ACCA hosts member networking event

KATHMANDU: Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) Nepal recently organized its annual new member ceremony and member networking event in Kathmandu.

ACCA Global President Joseph Owolabi graced the ceremony, according to a statement issued by ACCA Nepal.

“The event was as a special occasion to acknowledge and celebrate the accomplishments of 58 new members who acquired their ACCA membership between June 2022 and May 2023,” ACCA Nepal said in the statement. “The event held immense significance for these new members as it presented them with a valuable opportunity to engage and interact with senior ACCA members within Nepal.”

On the occasion, Pratap Prasad Pradhan, a distinguished senior ACCA member, was honored for his unwavering support to the ACCA community in Nepal. “This gesture underscores the event’s commitment to appreciating the contributions of individuals who have played an instrumental role in advancing ACCA’s mission,” ACCA Nepal added in the statement.

The event reinforced the spirit of collaboration and growth within the ACCA community.
