According to Aryal, the prime minister has pledged to be present in the House of Representatives to address the concerns of members. “The Prime Minister will come to Parliament and respond to the questions you have raised,” he said.
The Speaker, however, said the exact date of the prime minister’s appearance will be fixed on a day when the House is in session. He added that the schedule will be formally announced only after coordination with the prime minister.
“I will invite the Prime Minister on a day when the House is in session,” Aryal said. “He has said he will soon come to the House and answer the questions raised by lawmakers, and I have conveyed that information to you.”
The Speaker’s remarks came after opposition lawmakers disrupted the House meeting, demanding a response from the prime minister.
