Inisha BK Murder: Four minors sent to juvenile correction home

SURKHET: The Surkhet District Court has sent four minors accused of the rape and murder of Inisha BK (16) to a juvenile correction home.

The Juvenile Bench of the Surkhet District Court decided to keep them in a juvenile correction facility and proceed with the case until the investigation is completed.

Following a detention hearing held on Tuesday, a bench of Judge Deepak Dhakal ordered that the four be remanded to a juvenile correction home for trial.

Inisha was found unconscious in the Janajagaran Community Forest area in Surkhet on March 7. She was taken to the Karnali Provincial Hospital for treatment, where she was declared dead.

Following the incident, police launched an investigation and took four minors into custody.
