KATHMANDU: CPN (Maoist Center) leader Ganesh Sah has quit his party.
Sah, who was Secretary in the recently dissolved Central Committee of the party, announced his resignation during a television interview.
“I am already 75. Taking positive aspects of the recent Gen Z protest into consideration, I have decided to retire from politics,” he said.
Sah also served as Minister for Environment, Science and Technology in the past.
