KATHMANDU: Two people died in a road accident in Nawalparasi East on Sunday.
According to the District Police Office, Nawalparasi East, a truck traveling from Narayanghat to Kawasoti hit a scooter near the Sisne Bridge. “The scooter rider and passenger died in the accident,” DSP Madhu Nepal, spokesperson for the Nawalparasi East police, said.
The victims have yet to be identified. Their bodies have been taken to Bharatpur Hospital.
