KATHMANDU: The Judicial Council has recommended the appointment of 27 judges to different high courts in the country.
A meeting of the Council held on Tuesday made the decision, according to a statement issued by the Judicial Council Secretariat.
Among those recommended, 16 are judges currently serving at district courts. Similarly, the list includes four from the civil service, six legal practitioners and one government attorney.
