KATHMANDU: Three Indian nationals have been arrested with a home-made pistol in Siraha on Tuesday.
According to the District Police Office, Siraha, the three were arrested during a routine checkup along the Choharwa-Siraha road section in Naraha Rural Municipality-3. All three were on a motorcycle.
The three have been identified as Om Shankar Yadav, Rishi Nath Mandal and Akaash Kumar Mandal from Belahi-3 in Madhubani district of India’s Bihar state.
Police have secured a remand for three from the Siraha District Court for further investigation.
