KATHMANDU: Two individuals have gone missing while swimming in the Gosainkunda Lake in Rasuwa district on Sunday.
According to the Armed Police Force (APF) Nepal, Manoj Neupane and Sujan Dhakal of Morang went missing while they were swimming in the sacred lake.
A joint team of APF Nepal, Nepal Army and Nepal Police has been mobilized for the search for the missing youths.
“A team led by SI Mohabir Nagal from the No. 20 Battalion Rasuwa has already been mobilized for the operation,” according to DSP Shailendra Thapa, the spokesperson for the APF Nepal.
