KATHMANDU: Nepal will play a three-match T20I series against the West Indies in September.
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) announced the series in a social media post on Thursday.
According to CAN, the matches will be held at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium in the UAE on September 27, 28 and 30.
CAN is organizing the series ahead of the 2025 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Asia-Pacific Regional Final in Oman. A total of nine teams will compete in the qualifier, with the top three advancing to the 2026 Men’s T20 World Cup.
The series against the West Indies, which won the T20 World Cup in 2012 and 2016, will serve as Nepal’s preparation for the qualifiers.
