KATHMANDU: Sudurpashchim Royals captain Dipendra Singh Airee won an Omoda E5 car after being named the Electrifying Player of the Tournament.
Airee showcased an all-round performance in the inaugural NPL, scoring 277 runs, taking nine wickets, and effecting seven run-outs in nine matches.
Similarly, Saif Zaib was crowned Player of the Series. The English all-rounder impressed with 275 runs and 12 wickets throughout the tournament. He received a check for Rs 500,000.
Lalit Rajbanshi of Janakpur Bolts was awarded the title of Ballistic Bowler of the NPL. He claimed 17 wickets in nine matches and won an Ultraviolette bike.
Bipin Sharma of Karnali Yaks was named the Emerging Player of the Tournament. The 16-year-old received a cash prize of Rs 50,000 and a scholarship worth Rs 1 million from Presidential Business School.
The Red Bull Energetic Player of the Tournament award went to James Neesham of Janakpur Bolts. The New Zealander, boasting an impressive strike rate of 204, received a cash prize of Rs 200,000.
Additionally, Lahiru Milantha of Janakpur Bolts earned a cash prize of Rs 200,000 for hitting the maximum fours (35) in the tournament.
Lumbini Lions received the Fair Play Award.
