100 local units get chief administrative officers

KATHMANDU: The government has deployed chief administrative officers to 100 rural municipalities.

According to the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration, all 100 section officers were among the 106 new recruits who completed their basic training from the Nepal Administrative Staff College in the last week of August.

In the lack of section officers, junior officers were officiating as the chief administrative officers in 123 rural municipalities across the country.
