Three dead, 11 injured in Sindhuli road accident

KATHMANDU: Three persons died in a road accident in Sindhuli on Thursday.

According to the District Police Office, Sindhuli, Prithvi Bhujel (42), Uadaya Bahadur Masrangi (45) and Pawan Masrani (35) of Jhangajoli in Golanjor Rural Municipality of Sindhulie died when a jeep lost control near Chiayabari in BP Highway at around 9 am.

Eleven others are injured in the incident, according to DSP Keshav Prasad Katwal. “Three seriously injured have been referred to Kathmandu for treatment,” he added.

The other injured are receiving treatment at Sindhuli District Hospital.
