KATHMANDU: A total of 203,847 students have passed the Grade 12 examinations.
Out of 390,868 students who appeared in the examination, 187,021 were not graded, meaning they failed the examination. Students, with non-graded scores in a maximum of two subjects, can appear in the grade booster examination.
NEB has scheduled grade booster examinations for September 10 and 11.
According to the results published by the National Examination Board (NEB) on Friday, 109,997 female and 102,832 male students have passed the school-level examination.
A total of 9,591 students achieved a 3.61-4 GPA. The highest number of students in this group is from Bagmati Province (6,752). Lumbini was next with 1,044 students scoring 3.6-4 GPA followed by Koshi (856), Gandaki (544), Madhesh (250), Sudurpashchim (121) and Karnali (24).
Likewise, 46,893 students scored a GPA between 3.21 and 3.60, while 78,075 students fall in the 2.81 to 3.20 GPA range.
