KATHMANDU: Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with CSN Developers Pvt Ltd to open Wyndham Garden Hotel in Jharkhand, India.
Issuing a statement, Wyndham said the signing of this franchise agreement emphasizes the commitment and dedication of CSN Developers to elevate the hospitality experience in India’s first industrial city and major manufacturing hub in Adityapur. “We are thrilled to announce our second hotel in Jamshedpur under the Wyndham Garden brand. This new addition embodies our commitment to making travel possible for all and transforming ordinary stays into memorable experiences. Wyndham Garden Jamshedpur, Adityapur, will be a valuable addition to our portfolio,” said Dimitris Manikis, President EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
Wyndham Garden Jamshedpur will have 55 rooms. Other facilities would include all-day dining, bar lounge, meeting rooms, a business center, a fitness center and a swimming pool. The hotel is expected to open by February 2025.
“This affiliation with the internationally recognized Wyndham brand further reiterates our endeavor to enhance world-class standards in the city,” Dhirendra Prasad, director of CSN Developers, said.
Wyndham manages 9,200 hotels with 872,000 keys across more than 95 countries including the one in Thamel, Kathmandu, under the Ramada Encore brand.
