25th Floriculture Expo underway in Kathmandu [In Pictures]

KATHMANDU: The 25th Flora Expo is underway at the Bhrikuti Mandap exhibition grounds in Kathmandu.

The annual event, which started on Thursday, will continue until Sunday. The Floriculture Association of Nepal is organizing the expo with the support of the Floriculture Development Center.

Sitaram Pant, coordinator of the expo, said the Flora Expo is being organized for the development, expansion and promotion of the floriculture industry.

The expo has 60 commercial stalls, three landscaping stalls, eight official stalls, and one competitive stall.

Ornamental plants, cut flowers, orchids, compost fertilizers, seeds, greenhouses, agricultural equipment, and packaging goods, among others, are displayed at the expo.
