KATHMANDU: The Nepali men’s national cricket team is scheduled to play a T20 series with the Baroda and Gujarat teams of India in March-April.
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) announced on Monday that the Friendship Cup T20 Tri-Series will feature the Nepali men’s team along with teams from the Baroda Cricket Association and the Gujarat Cricket Association of India.
Each team will play against each other twice, and the top two teams after the league round will compete in the final.
Nepal will face Gujarat on March 31 and April 3, and Baroda on April 2 and April 5.
CAN has organized the series as preparation for the national team to participate in the 2024 Men’s T20 World Cup.
