KATHMANDU: The National Examination Board (NEB) has published the results of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE).
The NEB released the results by organizing a press meet in Bhaktapur on Thursday.
According to the NEB, 22,475 students achieved a GPA of 3.60-4 (A+). This accounts for 4.63% of the total examinees. Last year, 9,633 students received a GPA of 3.6-4.
Similarly, 55,069 students, or 11.36%, of the examinees received a GPA of 3.20-3.60 (A), 72,362 students, or 15.92%, received a GPA of 2.8-3.2 (B+), and 89,331 students, or 18.42%, received a GPA of 2.4-2.8 (B). The largest number of students, 102,293 (21.09%), received a GPA of 2-2.4 (C+).
Furthermore, 18.24% of the examinees, or 88,447 students, received a GPA of 1.6-2, and 7.99% or 38,770 examinees received a GPA of 1.2-1.6 (D+). The number of examinees receiving a GPA of 0.8-1.2 (D) is 2,200, which accounts for 0.45% of the total examinees.
A total of 13,992 students, or 2.89%, received NG (Non-Grade).
