13 SSPs recommended for promotion to DIG of Nepal Police

KATHMANDU: Thirteen Senior Superintendents of Police (SSP) of Nepal Police have been recommended for promotion to Deputy Inspector General (DIG).

The Promotion Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs published the promotion list on Wednesday along with their marks.

Kuber Kadayat is at the top of the list securing 74.9960 marks.

Other SSPs recommended for promotion include Kedar Dhakal, Bishnu Kumar KC, Bharat Bahadur Bohora, Rabindra KC, Rajesh Nath Bastola, Chandra Kuber Khapung, Janak Bhattarai, Lalamani Acharya, Surendra Prasad Mainali, Arjun Chand Thakuri, Yagya Binod Pokharel, and Bikash Raj Khanal.

The promotion of these senior police officers will be formalized by the next cabinet meeting.
