KATHMANDU: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has lowered the prices of petroleum products in the domestic market.
The petroleum monopolist lowered the prices of diesel, petrol and kerosene by Rs 3 per liter each, according to a statement issued on Sunday.
With the fresh revision in prices, petrol will be available for Rs 175 per liter, while diesel and kerosene will retail at Rs 172 per liter each.
The new prices will come into effect from Sunday midnight, according to NOC.
Similarly, the NOC has lowered the price of aviation turbine fuel (ATF) to Rs 170 per liter from Rs 190 per liter for domestic airlines, and $1.420 per liter from $1.645 per liter for international airlines.
It, however, has kept the price of liquefied petroleum gas unchanged at Rs 1,800 per cylinder (14.2kg).
