KATHMANDU: West Wing Secondary School observed its 22nd Annual Day/Parent’s Day amidst a special function organized on the school premises in Lalitpur on Saturday.
Mayor of Mahalaxmi Municipality Hari Govinda Shrestha and Chairperson of Ward No 8 of the municipality graced the program as chief guests, according to the school.
The school handed over prizes to students in different themes and categories as per their academic excellence. Teachers were also awarded for their excellent performance on the occasion. According to the school, the event provided a good platform for the students to show their creative dances, songs, comedy performances and drama acts in the presence of their parents.
West Wing Secondary School has been imparting quality education to over 1,000 students from Play Group to Grade 12. It has more than 60 members in its teaching facility.
Speaking at the program, Daliya Dasgupta, founder principal of the school, expressed happiness at being able to provide quality education to over 1,000 students.
