KATHMANDU: National Education Board (NEB) Chairman Dr. Mahasharam Sharma has said that students failing to secure a minimum of 35% in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) won’t be eligible for higher education.
Speaking at a program in Bhaktapur on Thursday, Dr. Sharma said the NEB was introducing ‘No Grade (NG)’ from the 2024 SEE. “Since we are implementing a new grading system from the 2024 SEE, examinees must secure a minimum of 35% to be eligible for higher studies,” he added.
He also dismissed rumors that there won’t be an SEE examination from this year.
