KATHMANDU: Four persons died and 19 others were injured when a passenger bus met with an accident at Tila Richi of Rolpa district on Tuesday.
The bus, with registration Na 5 Kha 2612, was heading to Ghorahi of Dang from Baghmara in Paribartan Rural Municipality of Rolpa. It fell 150 meters off the road, according to police.
“The deceased have been identified as Prakash Bantha (22), Gorakh Dangi (50) and his wife Hasta (50) of Madi Rural Municipality, and Bhakta BK (46) of Paribartan Rural Municipality of Rolpa,” Prakash Bhusal, the information officer of District Police Office, Rolpa, told RSS news agency.
The condition of three of the injured is said to be serious.
