KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa has stated that the Nepal 5P International Expo could be beneficial for those seeking to start a business with a small investment.
Inaugurating the expo in Kathmandu on Friday, Thapa said that the event could serve as a good platform for individuals seeking to introduce new technology and innovations to Nepal. “Visitors of this expo can explore new innovations in five sectors – plastic, paper, printing, packaging, and processing,” he stated. “Entrepreneurs looking to start their own business can learn a lot from this expo.”
The expo will continue until Sunday.
Alok Tribedi from Yash Blowers, India, mentioned that the expo has allowed him to gain a better understanding of the Nepali market. “I found the visitors very interested,” he added.
There are over 15 Nepali stalls at the expo, showcasing products such as nylon ropes, disposable cups, glasses, pet bottles, and packaging covers, among others.
